Think of this as scheduled time to focus on making progress in YOUR business live, in a room with other leaders all holding each other and themselves accountable!

We’ll start with a quick practice to get you in the mood + inspired to write & create, set our intentions for our time together, and then use prompts and the group's high vibes to start creating! 

Creating offers, making content, writing emails - none of this needs to be difficult or overwhelming. The intention of this monthly session is to simplify your creation process. Just put it in your calendar & show up for the fun!

Can’t make it live? You’ll get the recording, of course & can revisit it any time!!

Examples of things we will create together could be...

Emotional Alchemy is an essential piece of running any business, especially online.

In these calls we will do EFT (tapping), a meditation, breath work, journaling, somatic practice, qigong, gene key contemplation or a combination of them all to integrate whatever is coming up for most of us in business at that moment.

What I know to be true is that running an online business can be both exhilarating + fulfilling and confronting af at the same time. Both light and darkness in harmony.

Being a biz owner can initiate some of the deepest levels of shadow work we can do in this life and knowing this... is why these monthly sessions exist!

Instead of trying to hide from all the inner initiations that come with embodying + expressing yourself at such a deep level in the world, together we will integrate, heal and rise! 

You'll leave these sessions feeling free af saying "goodbye witch wound!", "see ya voice blocks", & "hellooo to my true, uniquely creative, confident self!".
