My FAVORITE cookies atm!

The post says it all but if you're still not sold... they're vegan, gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and don't taste like cardboard so it's a win all around! They also only take 15 min to make (including the baking time) so if you're in a rush, these cookies have got you!


Ingredients:

1 Splash Vanilla

2 tbsp Coconut Oil

1 tbsp Honey/other sticky sweetener

5 tbsp Agave/other liquid sweetener

1 cup Almond Meal

2 tbsp Coconut Flour

1 dash Pink Himalayan Salt

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

2 tbsp Coconut Sugar

1 Pinch Cinnamon

1 Splash Almond Milk

Optional: (but not really...)

2-4 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips/Cacao Nibs, chopped walnuts, chopped hazelnuts, chopped almonds


Stir the vanilla, coconut oil and honey/agave together in one bowl & set it aside.

Mix the almond meal, coconut flour, salt, baking soda, coconut sugar and cinnamon in another bowl then add it to the wet ingredients. Add 1 splash of almond

milk to the mixture at a time until the texture is thick and sticky. Stir in your chocolate and nuts of choice if desired. Form into thick, 1-2” balls and place on a

baking sheet (If the dough is thick they will stay thick and fluffy, if it’s more gooey

they will spread and be more thin and crisp.) Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Let

cool & enjoy!
